Access to fog lamp bulbs E220 cdi

Can anybody help me to gain access to replace fog lamp bulbs -Do you attack from top or below .Please help!!!

Just removed one of my foglamps on a 1999 W210 due to glass breakage.
From under the bumper you will see two turn latches which release a drop down panel. You can then get a hand in and open the black cover over the lamp connections. Lamp is a standard halogen single filament bulb with a spring clip.
If you want to remove the whole fog lamp assy, remove 8mm screw and pull assy back towards rear of car as it sits on two lugs. Assy can then be wriggled through aperture.
I have a 300TD now with 117K miles. my wife has a 190E 2litre with 80k in very original condition, and as nice to drive as the E class, but it wont climb walls like the diesel
