Adblue Malfunction

Hello, ive got a sprinter 2018 and this message popped up saying Adblue Malfunctuon see owners manual. Is this because there is low adblue or anything else. Need some help

Could be a number of things. So start by getting it plugged into diagnostics (use a good Mercedes indy) and go from there. My guess is it is more than just low fluid level.
