Adblue?

I have a 2013 Mercedes a class. I’ve had it for approx 5 years now and all of a sudden my Mercedes me app is telling me my adblue has approx 1000 miles left. I contacted my local Mercedes garage telling me my vehicle doesn’t have adblue. So why is the adapter telling me? I’ve checked all possible places (fuel cap/bonnet/boot) and it doesn’t seem to be any places for it. I’m just confused and concerned that I do have it, but being told otherwise. Doesn’t make sense

My case in point get shot of it. Next u will have 500 miles to go before no start and that shxte system may still shut ur car down even tho u don't hav adblu!!!
