And now I`ve noticed the heated seats are not turning on, together with parktronic system and the `cigarette lighter`. All these were fine before I started messing with the fuses in the boot to upgrade my sound system. The rear speakers and amp I fitted sound great but I`ve caused myself some problems.

    Any help please?

    Thanks.

Do they work if you disconnect all of the additions you have added?

I am not familiar with W209 system, but it sound like 'extra consumers' are shut down due to low battery voltage. Is it real or not, you sound system may fool the car self diagnostic (IF you car would be W211 I would say this is definately the cause).
