You may do better on the wheel adjusters, though they look odd,,if no one gives you a real answer I will look it up

I would just nip the adjusters up on the drums as Malc said, only takes a couple of mins a side!!

Yes at the top normally,,with a flat bladed screwdriver just turn the ratchet wheel till the wheel ocks,then back off so that it spins freely
