advice for E320 1998

this is my first thread in this forum,

i need your advice for Mercedes Benz E320 1998,
i'm in Saudi Arabia and i think to get one from Japan (less than 70k mile)
and it's test very good

but i need your observations about this model like (problems, maintenance, etc...)

Rust is the biggest issue with the W210 series although I doubt that will be a problem for you.

but we are in a dry and very hot region so i think the rust not a problem.
i need info about mechanical issues or factory defects.

no major issues - just ensure its well maintained to MB specs and get the gearbox oil and filters changed as they almost certainly wont have been.
