Advice on fitting parking sensors, 2003 C180

Hi Everyone

Just picked up a 2003 C180 and looking to fit some parking sensors. Has anyone tried the drill free version, with an antenna strip that you stick inside the bumper?

I tried one about 4 years ago and never could get it to work
