So far my experience with Mercedes Service Centres are very bad. They just seem to be interested in the sales. Are they franchises? They look for any opportunity to make money. They don't want to acknowledge a job half done. The thing is complaints about Mercedes Service Centres is quite common. I have seen the same complaints in many forums. I am surprised that Mercedes is not doing anything about it.
