ive got a JVC head unit I want to put in my truck or van , it had some sort of suppressor on the yellow battery wire , I had to repair this wire by using a lead off an old Alpine unit I had kicking about , now did I really ought to put the suppressor back in the set up r will it not make any difference , the unit powers up just fine
