Aftermarket subwoofer

Has anybody ever put an after market amplifier and subwoofer into a cls 320 cdi w219? Quite happy with the stereo and the speakers but I like a bit more bass than the standard sub offers.
Just wondering if anybody had done it ,wiring amp in etc.

Not in a W219, but in a previous W211 and my current C207.

I had/have a JL Audio Sub and amp fitted and it was/is awesome! took up very little room in the boot and gave a great improvement in sound (absolutely stunning when used with the DVD). Mine cost £600 including fitting from Sextons in Portsmouth (Top Guys!!!).

If you can sacrifice a little boot space and appreciate good sound - well worth doing.

You must match carefully the internal volume to the subs requirements .

Someone ported a 15L enclosure !
