Afternarket DAB Unit - Advice please.

Hi guys,

After some advice.

Dad's new B-Class doesnt come with DAB, but he would love to have it.
Its going to be far too expensive to have activated from Mercedes, so thinking about going third party aftermarket.

So after some advice really, which unit it good? Heard someone mention Pure and also Alpine, but I really have no idea.

Also, how do you fit these things, as I DO NOT want to be ripping bits of the dash out. Just need it to be simple fitting, etc, with a nice little display.

Any help and advice appreciated.

I added a Nextbase unit to my SLK - thread with details on below. Still works great using the Aux in connection on the head unit

That looks good, if I can though, I want to try an avoid ripping bits of the interior off, it at all possible.

It all went back better than stock - It's not my first time taking car interiors apart and probably not my last either...

Get some decent trim tools and torx drivers and you shouldn't have any issues
