Air Con squeal

I'm new here and have soooooooooooo many questions.

When I turn on my air con i get a what i assume to be a belt slipping squeal. WHICH BELT!! There are hundreds at first glance but when I looked again it's probably only 4 but thats still 2 more than i'm used to.
