Air Con top p

Does anyone know of a reputable location to get the air con topped up on my w124 230e? I dont know if its the r12 or r134 gas? how can I tell?

now its started to get warmer, the air con needs to get colder.. I live in the Bristol area?

Being a 230e I would suspect it is a R12 system. 134a 93 onwards. So the system would have to be converted.

how can i be sure if it's r12 or r134?
