Air Suspension Problems

I own a -99 S500 and my wife has a 2003 E 220 CDI. Both cars are equipped with air suspension.
I have had problems with both cars. When parked, the cars appear to be a lot lower on the right rear. I have measured, and the difference between the left and right side can be up to 2 inches, leaving the cars to look very peculiar, angled to the right. Anyone know whats wrong and what I can do?

It sounds like you have an air leak refere to dealer I assume both are still under warrenty

Note Your new e class suspension will be semi airmatic which is only similar to s class they are not the same.
