Aircon not working - where to start

Hi
Just had my E300TD re-gassed.

It's holding pressure but not blowing cold air. The EC button seems to work OK in that when the light is off, I can hear an extra fan cut in or speed up, but no cold air.

Any ideas of a sequence of what to look at ??

You sure the fan is working properly, the motor regulator could be shot

Yes, the fan works OK & blows hot & cold (but not cooled) air at all settings.
