Hello All,
I've been reading that people have experienced great improvements in aircon flow following replacement of pollen (and other?) filters - sounds reasonable to me.
The question is, "Do I (we) have such filters in our 124s?"
Mine is a 1992 300ce-24 with, to quote the VIN decoder:
air conditioner/Tempmatic (с 01.11.1982)
... whatever that is.
I've had the car more than 9 years and have put over 160K Kms (100K miles) on it but never has any such filter been replaced - however, the aircon seems to work OK if not exactly "Arctically".
If we have these filters, where are they?
Anyone any comment?
Thanks in advance.
