Not sure what section to post this in so if it needs moving im sorry!

After being carjacked some time ago my insurance is making me have a tracker installed whitch i dont mind one bit. I cant decide over the Meta or Vodaphone.

While im looking at alarms i was thinking of haveing an actuall propper alarm fitted. Im not fussed about remote starts one bit but the tilt functuon and deffinatly a proxy sensor are on my list as well a an anti hijack function. I know there is Cliffors and Viper but are there any others i should be looking cor.?

I'm very surprised you don't have an MB alarm, already with tilt and passive movement detection.
Wouldn't auto locking, that which locks the doors as you pass 10mph, prevent hijacking? Again I thought most had this as an option within the dash menus.

I think OP is referring to his CL63, which will definitely have an alarm fitted.

I am surprised your insurance company has not given you their approved list?

Have a look at an Autowatch Ghost V2.
It's an extra layer of protection that needs a code inputted before the vehicle can move off.
Professionally installed and wired into the main loom, it should be undetectable.
