Hello to all
as the title says, I have some play in my steering wheel, tomorrow I will be under the car making some inspections, but first I wanted to ask here to maybe get some tips
So the problem is like, when I'm on a highway I need to turn allot just to get the steering started, so I expect steering box got busted, but also, when I go through a pot hole or a bump my steering wheel moves allot inside if I don't hold it, so for that I blame steering damper
could I be right?
ill try removing dumper tomorrow and check if it is stiff enough

Thanks in advance for any reply, if anyone is interested I can hold this thread updated with the pictures
Best regards!

Steering damper won't have anything to do with slop or movement.
You most likely have worn track rod joints, steering box, lower arm bushes or idler arm.

Agreed. Do all the joints and the difference will be remarkable.
However..dont ignore the steering box. They commonly have play and its a straightforward refurb
