I always keep my stuff pristine and have been using the common and expensive TWS/The Wheel Specialist for a few years. Their price is high but, colour options and turn is good compared to a few little independents I have used also.
However, I came across another company, Alloy Engineers in Nottingham.

I visited the premises as I do with any new company I am considering using and checked them out. Despite them being busy and me being just another customer, I was treated with respect and given the time like a valued individual.
I was seriously blown away by the colour selections (beats anything I have seen and being fussy that's almost impossible) as well as the custom work they offer. Anyway, I was happy after a couple of curious visits, always being treated with respect and not just another punter.
I left my wheels with them, deciding on a bright silver with a metallic fleck from an overwhelming choice of options and custom request. Most Volvo members decide on an anthracite style face/middle and silver outer rim. I decided similar to original is best, so brighter silver then OEM, add some metallic fleck and thats it.
When I went to collect I was pleasantly surprised, they did the centre as I requested but, diamond cut the edge and made the inner barrel dark. Both of the latter offering some catchy contrast! I was not expecting that but, very happy with the results! They could tell from my initial visits and chats, I wanted something different but, was nervous straying from a safe bet silver.
The diamond lip is better in the flesh than the pictures suggest. Here's a another random wheel being done. I was thinking of having a lighter version of this metallic dark colour on the face.
Prices are decent, service was a throw back to the good old days when people actually cared! (unlike being treated like an average joe and being given a standard menu on a fancy card with most businesses today)
Think I'll get them to do something spectacular with the wheels on my GSXR!
