Alloy Wheel Identication

Hi, a friend of mine recently purchased an alloy from E bay, thinking it would fit his CLK, however, on arrival, doesn't fit. its a 9 1/2 J ET 28 with part no. A219 401 1202 and B6 603 1309 Would anyone be able to identify the car this alloy belongs to.

Page 18 near the bottom gives the part code and sizing you mentioned.
