Alpine mp3 cd changer

Does anyone know if this will definitely replace my existing 6 cd changer in the boot, and work with COMAND 2.5 ?

I thought about the cassette adaptor to play mp3, but the wire on the adaptor would get stuck as the control buttons on COMAND 2.5 close upwards when a cassette is inserted and get jammed on the cable
