Alternator Identification

I've been told there are 4 different alternator for the engine code I have...651.911
If anyone could please tell me what alternator I need it would be much appreciated.
Vehicle is: Mercedes CClass C220CDI Diesel 2.1 RWD 2012 W204. I believe it's the 163BHP, with stop/start. Manual Gears.

Looking at my car which has the same engine code 651.911 The alternators have all been superceded to either a Denso or Bosch model https://mercedes.7zap.com/en/eu/fg/.../54/0/023/0/0/?param=vin:wdd2040022a924672#10 you'll need to dig down and have a look at the original unit to confirm which one it has been replaced by.

Did you mean ECP...EuroCarParts? If so, they couldn't.

Sounds like I'm going to have to try and get to it in the engine bay and get the number.

That looks a really good site, thanks.
Problem is when i get to the alternator part, it actually lists 5 different alternators.

I'll have to get it to the mechanics to first id it, then I can order.
