Alternator removal, SLK, 99 reg.

I have got an SLK 230 Komp. How do I remove the alternator drive belt??? I need to replace the alternator.

There appears to be a tensioning pulley - how do I adjust the pulley inorder to remove the belt. I have also got a E200, 91 plate which is easy to remove. The tension pulley adjustment nut is easily accessible.

ok look slightly to the nearside front. you will see a guide/tensioner with a 8mm bolt protruding. this it a floating tensioner. apply 8mm ring spanner & turn anticlockwise hold the tensioner back ( it doesnt lock) remove belt.
