Hello forum members,
A little bit different this time round!!! So one of Ambassadors Seb Morris who is a PRO driver and competes in British GT for JRM in there PRO/AM Series along with being a Bentley factory driver has been wanting us to tune his AMG GTS for a couple of months now.
We last tuned his Porsche Macan at Donnington while he was racing which was very cool indeed but this time round was the BRDC members track day which happens a couple of times a year and allows BRDC members to take there sponsors round Silverstone.
Seb has been mega busy and hasn't been able to get down to us so asked if we would tune it at the track! Was a fantastic opportunity to experience Silverstone with hardly any traffic and of course never a missed opportunity to meet up with Seb.
What was great also was to get some real hard data from the AMG GTS on track rather than just Dyno and road etc... Of course the AMG GTS after calibration and some tweaking didn't miss a beat once! Testament to the machine Mercedes AMG have made for sure!
High light for myself was having a Ferrari 488 Challenge car come out of the corner faster than us (Of course because downforce and light) But then we left it in a straight line lol
