avg usage for most people in the country is around 20,000miles a year in the central provinces which have a lot of highways and in some provinces its 10,000 miles a year which have little highways or places to goto and mostly intercity travel.

my three cars are less driven as i alone drive and take care of them and only use them for pleasure not A to B or occasional motorway journeys, especially this particular car which we bought brand new in 2010 when i was not old enough to have license to coudnt actually take it anywhere for initial years but i did learn driving on it on empty fields etc.


otherwise the two other cars in our household used by the family each rack up about 20,000 miles in a year and used daily.


i do try my utmost to keep all of mine in good running order including once a week blast on early morning on empty 3 lane each side ring roads (nobody nor cameras around at that time) and also 2-3 times a week start it and run around the block till it warms up which isn't a issue given how hot it is here.

officially highway code here states that heavy traffic(vans busses trucks) on the left, cars on the centre and overtaking only on the right
similarly in two lanes roads due to motorcycles and rickshaw if there is less traffic cars mostly only drive on the right unless someone wants to pass through,
unlike UK here is not keep left all the time till overtaking is needed or am i wrong?

and anyway isnt it easier to drive on a three lane road in meeting the centre unless you are going slower than the traffic flow in that lane, rather than constantly overtake slow moving traffic in the left most lane.

not everyday do you see such intake air temps, actual outside temp was around 50C mark.
i never though the weather makes any difference on engine performance but car felt it had less midrange grunt maybe because of the less dense hot air? or the constant load of AC dont know

the catalytic convertor temp sensor was reading 780C at the exhaust. normally it keeps round 380-500C.

dashcams are illegal to be sold here lol, they wont you to spy or record them? so i have to persevere, normally i take these off when entering cities, nobody bothered my on the highway. keep two on the dash as the go pro heats up for some reason maybe because of the heat and stops recording after a while, so i use the sony all the time and the go pro for specific shots or scenery in 4k resolution. since dont have a dashcam so the little go pro records the speed/rpm which i can later overlay

cant use any of these in cities except the little hero 4 session as nobody notices it when it mounted on top of the dash.

made this video a slight while back, was driving on a expressway in the northern regions, elevation about 4500ft and about the only expressway i know that has speedbumps.

lots of chattering with family inside car so no audio unfortunately and you may want to mute whatever music i had put on anyway too.

its part of the collection that nawab of bahawalpur had, the guy who is on record for buying rolls royce cars to clean rubbish of the streets after being insulted at a rolls royce dealership once.

i am told this car is in running condition under its own power.

after driving through a dust storm in the night left the car as it is and though would clean it the next day when the storm subdues, when i got round to cleaning it next night when it was cooler this greeted me
