Hi chaps,

Got new tyres fitted today and got the mechanic to jack up the car and spray some WD40 into the bushes. Said I would have to book it in to sort out the rear brake squeeling issue.

I've had the low power (as in battery voltage) warning come on and it turns off most of the electronics for a little while after starting up the car. It happened a couple of times before but now it is becoming a a daily occurance.

I assume this means the battery is not holding it's charge well?
Should I take it in to Mercedes as the car is still under warantee?

Thanks in advance

Yes you should, get it done before it causes you a problem, i suspect the battery isn't any good!

Re the Roll bar rubbers, WD40 is no good as it is not a lubricant, Silicon or better still PTFE is and it does last
