I had ATF and filter done as well as rear diff oil...
Thanks Steve for allowing me to poke my nose in..
I can confirm that the torque convertor on 7 speeds DOES have a drain plug.
Met Malc and Lillian there as well.
I forgot how gorgeous your car is Malcolm.:D

Had there been more notice I could have got a home help in and we could have made the day of it:( anyway is was so good to see it all going on, and interesting about those sump bolts, I learn't something new there. that was funny when converter bolt was in the right place, the amount that came out

My drive home was the best ever, the fans ran flat out all the time, and now just a whisper

Thank you Simon, my black centered caps for the wheels were waiting for me when I got home and all fitted.

I will never drive around on the stupid 20" AMG's where the rim sits 4mm further out than the wall of the tyre, they are horrible at speed.

My new Winter wheels are all the same width, they will be quieter and the same Michelins as on your new rear ones

And thank you for letting me work on your pride and joy and for the cooked brekkie post repair! Glad my handywork enabled you to get everywhere and home with no issues!

Good to see you and Lillian again too Malc and Simon is right, your 216 with those wheels on it is stunning.
