Antenna on 52plate c190 estate

Hi,we bought the car last week and it has a jvc head unit in place.
It only picks up around 5/6 stations,the antenna socket is attached but poor reception,there is no antenna mounted on any part of the car?Any ideas?

The antenna is in the rear window and you have an amp,,,,, is the range of the central locking very good or do you have to stand up close to the car

Central locking range is good,where is the amp?

It depends on the exact model, but in the rear of the car, we would need the first 4 VIN numbers

Had it a week and thats me just noticed!

Now its possible that the siren is faulty and blown fuse 8 I think, this also drives the amp
