anti-corrosion warranty?

Does anyone know how long the anti-corrosion warranty is for a Merecedes 124 series? I own a 1994 E320 which is rusting above the wheel arches. Thank you.

I think anything pre 96 was 1 year and anything after is 30 years

Maybe I am wrong, But as far as I recall, MB always had a 6-year anti-corrosion warranty (maybe mileage limited too). However, cars after 1998 can benefit from the 30-year Mobilo, according to my service book.

My next question is. How do I go about getting the work done under warranty? Iam not the original owner so don't know where it was purchased. Any advise would be gratefully received

the mb dealer should supply you with all the info you need and if you stand a chance of getting it through the warranty ( very doubtfull ) but worth a try
