As he is a uk citizen like many ex pats abroad is entitled to the yearly heating allowance which i find is a joke as if they need it there! That money should go to people here who need it more than those living in warmer climates...but it seems common sense is a rare thing nowadays?? But Lewis won't need that for many years yet....bless him..ha!

And still it rages on with Red Bull not willing to let this drop.
They have officially challenged the penalty given to Hamilton and a conference has been scheduled for Thursday at 3pm between the stewards, Red Bull and Mercedes. It has been said that Red Bull must present a "significant and relevant new element" for the stewards to consider reopening the case.
I have been watching Formula 1 for decades and I cannot remember anything like this happening for what was basically a racing incident.
I have been noticing a shift in opinion towards Red Bull, where the consensus seems to be that they should drop this and move on.
I really don't think Red Bull are doing themselves any favours here.

Don't know if anyone has been watching the series in Prime about the F1 behind the scenes but Christian Horner doesn't come across well in it in my view. Seems to have a massive chip on his shoulder.

Havent watched it but I will admit to quite liking Christian Horner in the past, although he has went down a bit in my estimation now.

I used to think he was ok till I watched the Amazon series.
This refusal to let it go is very typical of how he comes across in the series.

Well thats it, case dismissed!
It would seem like Red Bull have effectively been given a slap on the wrists for wasting the stewards time.
Hopefully now Horner and Marko will get over it and move on.

Excactly when i remember as a kid watching F1 we had characters like James Hunt, Jackie Stewart, Graham Hill and many others and later inc Senna,Mansell and Shumacher who were out n out racers wheel to wheel racing giving no quarter but had respect for each other off the track, now its too sanitised, oh its much safer of course but now when something happens which certain team principals do not like they go running off to teacher whining like a spoilt brat cos they don't get there own way!

Trouble is that now the ego's are out of control and with hundreds of millions of pounds being invested its the corperate money men calling the shots more than ever now , i used to respect Horner for his straight talking but it seems since he married Ginger Spice aka Gerri Halliwell he has become whinger spice!
