Being an old duffer I'm having difficulty understanding some of the functions on my car.

I fell out with them when they wanted to charge me for warranty work! Also upon visiting they quoted more for a service than the price shown online.

You could have a look on youtube. They seem to have lots of "how to" etc., on there..
