anyone know abt Vitos?

just bought a 98 R plate Vito diesel, was told the turbo had gone, and at trhe price i paid i did not argue...BUT on closer inspection, it seems there is no turbo... what car are these engines similar to? BTW its a 108 D> ta!

Sorry to say it but the Vito is not known to be a good motor, one of the most troublesome ones there is. Lots of feedback on this site.
