Anything to be aware of when changing W215 V8 engine mounts?

As the title says.

I've changed engine mounts on my old E430 and found that it was possible to do from underneath with the car on ramps and the engine jacked up with a trolley jack.

I haven't looked yet, just have a niggling feeling that they may need changing soon, but is it as easy a procedure on a W215 CL500?
