IBM Compatible PC, a proper computer .

Microsoft Surface (for iCarsoft), Dell laptop (Star runs on this one), Panasonic Toughbook (for CarSoft 38 pin diags).
All running Windows XP or Windows10.

Actually, the clue is in the description, the 'Compatible' bit, any PC that runs on a xxx86 family processor is an IBM compatible, all LK's above are all IBM compatible PC's. mine is in fact a Lenovo bought in around 2010? and still running Win 7, but support is coming to an end soon.
