assyst plus defective ?

this is the message im getting when trying to reset an SD320cdi service indicator , any ideas why this wont clear , i have MB11 but that just gives a "how too"

Sorry I have no technical knowledge other than you probably need to get it onto STAR (Mercedes diagnostics) to find out what is amiss.

I would think as Robin that you need Star Xentry DAS for this one, the defective part can’t be sorted by the MB2. There was a thread on it here
