Audio 30 APS setting how do i change?

Hi all,

i have just put a Mercedes Audio 30 APS in my 2002 clk convertible - got the unit from e bay and the info currently in it is German, how do i chabge the language to english?

also th seller told me it was just plug and play, is this correct? my car has a built in phone and has no bose if that makes any difference.

can i download the instructions from anywhere?

Go to the date and time menu and change it from there

Hi,
no, that's wrong! Switch to Nav, then press the Spra button select English Imperial or English International, wait a while and then press the right hand button once.

That's it! You do need to have a Navigation CD inserted!

Oh, I forgot, you might have to get the speed signal connected, if the unit doesn't work properly you have to find the speed signal cable in the passenger doorwell. There should be a thread somewhere how to do it, it is easy anyway, even I was able to do it!
