Autel AP200 App Issues

I've already got a few diag tools, but I saw a few comments about the Autel AP200 dongle, so I thought I'd try one.

It arrived today. First step was to install the app, then register an account, all ok. Then when ai try to login all I get is a "Server Communication Failed" message pop up. Tried, WiFi, mobile, another device, all the same.

I know my account registration was successful and my credentials are correct as I can login on their website ok.

Is it just me? Anyone else with one having problems?

Thanks, but I've never even got to the point of connecting to the device. Never got past this stage.

Well I emailed the Autel support in China, they responded within a couple of hours, did something their end and now it's working.

So if nothing else that's one big plus over icarsoft, customer support that responds.
