autmatic gearbox oil change

my son has a 2018 c class amg line a message came up 2day saying it needed an a7 service what does this mean it was servced in may oil filter brake fluid change etc it said it needed the atf oil and filter changed is that a big job to do tia

It's 5 years or 77,500 miles . Bout £280 7g or £380 9g .
