Can anyone source a part number for the above, please? Or tell me how I could go about it.

I can't readily find the part on the .ru site let alone the correct part number :(

I want to retro fit one to my Merc but don't want to just have a wild punt on eBay and end up with the wrong one.

W211 MY2007 with phone pre-wiring, microphone etc.

Also, the auto dimming wing mirrors, can just the glass be swapped out?

not sure on the rear view mirror bit but the side mirror glass can certainly be swapped out, if you go for full dimming and heated ones i think they are quite expecsive though.

Thanks for that, reading a few fora suggests that just the glass can be swapped.

Have seen a few pairs of heated dimming mirror glass on the bay for £100 or thereabouts.

2118104117 MIGHT be the part number for the auto dimming rear view mirror with mic ...

that looks right and seeing that the ones without CTEL are different i would certainly expect it to be right

The chances are you would have to add the wires for the outside heated ones, I do not think that there are any spare ones inside.

There are a number of variants of these so its important to get the right one.

For instance they are colour coded to start with. Also if you have phone fitted they differ, etc.

Best option is to use EPC as thats the only way to accurately get the data you need. The Russian site is just too unreliable and out of date.

EPS costs about 20 euros per year to subscribe to.

As far as I can see the part wasn't an option on my car (E220 CDi Executive) so no part number but is an option on the facelift E320 CDi version.

Part number is, I think, 2118104117: with phone, without garage door opener.

Dimming mirror glasses require an extra wire.

I understand that's because the outside mirrors are controlled by the interior mirror :(

Internal mirror only then. Saved a hundred quid.
