Hi When I play music off in my phone into my aux port, the phone needs to be at full volume to get to a level I can hear. Is there a way I can raise the volume to make it louder?

I take it you don't have the option to BlueTooth the music from the phone to car?

Probably a long shot, but have you checked that the lead is pushed in fully into the AUX socket? I think I had a similar experience on my previou W211 and a dodgy lead.

Hello, Have you interrogated the Aux settings menu in your head unit for a boost setting? I have the Audio 20 in mine and under Aux volume settings there is an option to use a 'Standard or Boost' checkbox option.
