aww end of top gear series

does this mean i am now confined to watching repeats of 5th gear (cant stand niddell) or even worse the most annoying bloke on tv ever - mike brewwer in that awful wheeler dealers....

lets hope that german girl who featured on top gear is given her own show and can thrape allsorts of machinary around the ring' on a weekly basis

is Tiff needle still on TV....oh, of course channel 5. you see we dont get that round here...when it was launched way back in 1997 a man came round and detuned our tv so as we couldnt recieve it...at least i think thats what he did. to be honest I have never tried to find it.

topp gear good. fifth gear bad. roll on the autumn.

I've got withdrawal symptoms already

top gear is the only programme that MrsC and I watch together (really). She watches it in case it has one of those nice MB's on (any MB will do shes not bothered).

she just hasnt really got the hang of what its all about - last night they had the Jap power sliders, she carefully watched it then asked "wouldnt they damage the tyres doing that?" She always comments that she thought salt water might damage the car when they drive along a beach / in the sea.

Now I will have to watch Coron just to get the same amount of quality time together

i cant belive you have not got a dvd recorder, recorded all of the last series and every sunday put on a rerun of the series and see how many weeks it is before my neice-in-law gets wise and says, we have seen this before, then moans about the licence fee and repeats etc. this is far more prefrably then consitpation strasse dont you think? you could even spend some of the quality time together by paying more attention to her than JC. as you will know whats coming next etc?

and of course, uk documentary repeat top gear every week.

I'm going to be passing the 'ring

in a few weeks time. Shall I pop in our behalf and offer Sabine a post on the site, as our German correspondent? I'm sure we could give her her own corner as our virtual racing instructor. And I bet I could get my SL around faster than that Transit. I bet i could get it around faster than Clarkson and that Jag as well.

I could have been a Stig y'know.
