B-Service on E240

Hi, I have moved to England from Norway and I have bought an Mercedes E240 for some month ago.
I should like to know the normal price for the B-Service and what they have to do on this service. Is it possible to find the B-service list on internet for what should be done on this service? Or maybe someone have it?
Some suggestions for a good a workshop in London North?

I like to know a bit in advance since I'm a stranger...
