B180 (2007 - 57) Command Module Problem

Hi,

My wife has a 2007 B180 on a 57 plate. We are having some issues with the command module that controls and displays the radio/CD, Sat Nav, Phone connection and handsfree etc.

When we press the on button, it displays the Mercedes logo/start screen, but then goes blank and none of the above work.

Have tried disconnecting the battery in an attempt to reset it, but this had no effect.
Has anybody else experienced this and is there a fix for this.

You need to talk to Comand.co.uk (forum sponsors) or even better visit them if Surrey is not too far from you, if they can't advise a fix over the phone and are too far awy, chances are they know someone close to you that can.
