BAS/ESP light indicator on

HEEELLLLLLLPPPPP--
Well it seems the yellow light is not going to disapear!!!!

I had changed the Batarry- well it is C230 2000-Kompressor
sometimes the light goes on whenever I start the car.. it stays on till I ride for a 18 Km.. then I would restart the engine it goes off.( it wanr turn off before that whatever I tried to stop and restart..)
then next day ir want - I t suddenly turn on if I am in a slow wheel move in a trafic..
the mecanic man said after an computer check.. that I need to replace the following part:
A1635420618002-
electric part????
any advice????

Try resetting it by turning the steering lock to lock, have come across a number of these.
