Hi

Having a problem with my battery going flat over about a week.

Does anyone know what the normal current draw with everything turned off is? Im Measuring 100milli amps?

Voltage 12.9, 14.9 when running

The running voltage 14.9V is the alternator signal and suggests your alternator is in good shape.

12.9v for the battery is slightly low but still ok. Is the battery old?
Make sure the cells are topped up in any case. cold is a killer of batteries generally and especially in the case of older well used ones. If it's a new battery, then you have a draw somewhere. Going throught the fuses looking for a draw is the only was to track it down. Patience and method are needed. There are no real short cuts [no pun intended!]

Regarding the current draw of 100mA, I know there is a static draw of a some mA and have read 50-80mA in other posts, so 100mA does not seem too alarming

Hope you can get it sorted out

[edit.. based on Malcolm's note just below this, obviously there is something to check out].

When the car has gone to sleep the max current should be less than 50ma if it is the original battery it could just be worn out

spot on advice above, it should not go flat in a week from 100ma current draw, i too suggest a 'tired' battery that has lost much capacity.
