Battery drain

Hi folks
I have a Merc C220 2005 CDI it has suddenly developed a battery drain problem .
It slso has trouble blowing hot air.. i got a new battery as i thought the battery was done ..
But no ..it died again within 3 hrs..
Any help would be appreciated..

The usual method is to remove the fuses one by one to see if you can isolate the power drain

I got the new battery yesterday .i put it on about 17:45 and buy 20:10 it was dead.... i have bn told it could b the water heater jacket .. as the heaters are not so good at blowin hot air.. ??? I will try all the fuses first thanx guys

You can look at how to locate a parasitic drain on you tube.
Get/borrow a DC mA clamp meter.

things to check

Disconnect the block heater. (Pull fuse). As it’s a high drain maybe likely.
Alternator (diode pack failure)
Alarm siren unit. (Behind LHS front wheel arch)
Comand head unit not shutting down. (Would usually take longer)
seat heaters.?

does any area feel hot/warm - that drain will be generating heat!
