Becker Sat Nav problem

I have suddenly got the message "navigation module not connected" - it has been fine for the last 3 years.

Anyone any ideas please ?

I have just ordered a new battery for the module to see if it is that !

We've had a similar message with the Becker Pilot system. I had to push the red reset button on the module and it reinstated it.
Not sure if you have the same system, my phone censors all you guys private details for some reason and only get your user name. It's OK on the laptop, it tells all
