Hello again I have now received my becker stereo which I won on ebay :

Hi,
Sorry , but No it won't.
This model is for the new C Class (W203).
The 2 lugs on the side are in the way and the front of the unit will stick out by about an inch from the front facia of the dash. The unit has also 2 lugs on the side of the unit and you will not be able to slot it in the DIn size slot.
The unit you need is like the one bellow
