Beware!! Harpenden Auto Services, Luton

I recently used Harpenden Auto Services. When I got the car back the geometrics and steering wheel were all out of line and the steering was pulling to the left (perfect when it went in to them!).

MB said that the track rods had probably been played with when they shouldn't have been and advised a realignment at anything up to 3hrs labour!

Harpenden Auto Services promised to call me back, but I still haven't heard anything after a week, and several messages left! They obviously don't want to correct their errors!

I therefore wouldn't recommend them to anyone thinking of using an independent!

That the second time on here that a not so happy customer has come on, the last one must have been two years back, I remember as its only 7 miles from my birth place.

These cars have impeccable steering

I got no joy from these guys in the end. They are not prepared to fix their errors!!
Dont use them, you'll get ripped off like I did!
