Blower problem

Hi , am somewhat confused ! ,travelling along M4 this morning when suddenly heater/cooling blower started running at full blast although not switched on!. If I moved the blower switch to "ON " position it changed slightly .
The most baffling bit is that if the ignition is switched off, and key removed , the blower is still running at full blast !.
Any, and all theories , welcomed .

Thanks ,there seem to be thoughts that it is the heater blower module gone
haywire ,but the jury are yet to return

Yes sorry so late in coming back to this, yes the regulator is short circuit, do you know how to get to it

Hi Television , update on the situation , a guy who was looking at it for me , has indeed tracked it down to the module shorted out, got a new one coming later today ,so hopefully all should be well . Will let you know ,thanks again.
